Nik is a yoga instructor from Greece, based in East London with over 20 years of experience in guiding students toward balance and well-being. His journey with yoga began in 2000 through a background as a concert pianist, eventually leading him to the dedicated study of Ashtanga yoga and mindfulness.
In his classes, he brings a personalized approach rooted in traditional Ashtanga teachings, with a focus on mindful movement and breath. Whether in-studio, online, or 1-on-1, his aim is to support each student on their path to growth and presence on the mat.
