Jummy Bankole

Jummy is a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor and has always been passionate about movement. Her zeal for the Pilates method was nurtured through the STOTT PILATES® which ignited her understanding about the anatomy and biomechanics of the body. Her inspiration comes from a variety of fitness mediums, she explore natural and functional movement patterns for the body emphasising the wellbeing of mind & body. She educates clients in an enthusiastic enjoyable manner, challenging clients with emphasis on alignment and core engagement to support a healthy positive lifestyle.


She teaches mindful movements with compassion adapting to the individual abilities whilst bringing a positive energy to every session through creative functional movements with an eye for precision and detail.
