An excitement for holistic nourishment through movement and music led me to join the world of fitness coaching straight from university. Throughout the past 6 years I've explored different disciplines and now have the capabilities to coach: high intensity cardio, skill focused strength, boxing foundations, and I am currently working towards adding both mat and reformer Pilates to the skillset. I will always encourage accountability and being true to yourself in the moment, so that you can connect your mind to your body and move in the way that will be the most fulfilling for you. Music undoubtedly catalyses motivation, so you can always expect funky beats and rhythms in my classes to set the scene!
