Fitness has always been an important factor in my life. It’s something that I have always loved and taken a great interest in. Growing up in the world of dance and musical theatre I learnt discipline from a very young, this also taught me a lot about my body and the importance in being strong and looking after your body! Having a solid dance foundation enabled me to learn how to control my body, and this transitioned into working on focus on my form and technique which translates into my coaching style of wanting the client to understand how each exercise should feel and the benefits behind it. As I feel it is extremely important to remember why you’re training, and know that you’re doing it for you to become a stronger version of yourself!
As a trainer I want my clients to feel empowered by their training. Understanding a balanced training regime really changed my life and this is something I want all my clients to achieve. I aspire to help educate people on training to not only grow in strength and performance but in their confidence about themselves too. Training should make you feel good about yourself and with my enthusiasm and support I hope to make each client feel motivated to reach their desired goal. I may be young and fresh to the industry but I am excited to help people reach their goals and bring out the best in each client.
