Celeste is a Master instructor originally from Italy.
With a well-rounded athletic background of various sports, Celeste brings a unique blend of strength, grace, and flexibility to her classes. Her years of experience as a professional dancer have honed her attention to detail and body awareness, making her classes all the more effective.
As one of triplets, she believes in teamwork and unity, pushing everyone to the limit, feel the burn, and leave feeling stronger and more energized than before!
In her classes, you'll engage in a series of low-impact, high intensity exercises designed to target specific muscle groups, helping you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Through a combination of controlled movements and isometric holds, you'll challenge your muscles in new ways, promoting long, lean lines and improved posture.
