As a lifelong mover and wellness enthusiast, my journey into Pilates began 8 years ago and has been fuelled by a deep passion for health and the beauty of human movement. Growing up immersed in ballet and modern jazz, I developed an early appreciation for alignment, grace, and strength. This fascination with the body’s potential inspired me to become a Pilates instructor, sharing the transformative benefits of this practice with others.
In my classes, my goal is to help clients connect deeply with their bodies, building strength, improving alignment, and fostering a sense of balance and empowerment. My teaching style combines precision, flow, and mindfulness, drawing on my dance background to create sessions that are both challenging and restorative. Together, we’ll move with purpose, refine technique, and celebrate the incredible things your body can achieve.
