Vinyasa Krama

Class description: A challenging and dynamic vinyasa class built on breath (ujjayi), focus (dharana) and ardour (tapas). Yogasana has its roots in the Ashtanga practice but offers ever-changing sequences, fun transitions and strength based drills that will progress your practice and centre your mind. Aimed at intermediate / experienced practitioners, the class is set to music and includes hands-on assists for those who would like them.
