Reformer Sculpt

A bodybylara signature workout which integrates the reformer, props and a contemporary approach to the Pilates method.

Reformer Sculpt is a sequence of muscle defining and innovative sculpting moves taught in a variety of formats designed by Lara.

You will use hand weights, ankle weights, and the magic circle while plank, lunge, squeeze, pulse, twist and push your body past its comfort zone.

The reformer sculpt experience is designed to increase your strength and flexibility, boost energy levels, and fuel your metabolism.

You will experience constant muscle engagement and a better understanding of how your body functions.

Grip socks are required.
