This 50 minute high-volume interval training (HVIT) integrates lara's signature sculpting moves using ankle weights, bands , balls and hand weights within a contemporary pilates flow.  

While consistency is the key factor in muscle building,Body by lara Workouts create a balanced approach with selected exercises that make escaping the abdominal use impossible.

Grip socks are required.
