The Bodybylara™ Method

The Bodybylara ™️ Method is a movement practice that engages the entire body. Lara brings a unique approach to fitness by bridging strength with graceful movement, merging the disciplines of dance and resistance training to create an empowering and transformative body-conditioning method. The movements are fluid and organic, with exercises designed to stimulate the nervous system, increase range of motion, and improve muscle function and strength through rhythmic, flowing sequences and resistance training. Lara is passionate about making movement-based fitness accessible to all body types. “ Nothing I do is premeditated, but I keep the focus varied in my sessions to bring awareness to different aspects of fitness. While the essence of all workouts is to improve muscle structure and function, I may choose to focus on hip openings, back-body strength, or both. A strong body with improved posture is the ultimate goal.”  "I tap into the intelligence of the body. When I walk into a class, I observe and work with what I see in that moment—whether it’s a group class or a private session. Reading the body is a skill I’ve developed through years of teaching and exploration.
